This is the exact structure I come back toand what I coach my clients through.
Nothing complicated. Just something that fits real life.
Pick 3 days each week for strength.
That might look like:
The days can move…
but the goal stays the same.
Three solid workouts. That’s it.
This is where most of your results actually come from.
Not your workouts, but everything in between.
Walking. Staying active. Moving throughout the day.
You don’t need to track it perfectly.
But you do need to stay aware of it.
Not a full meal plan.
Just a few go-to meals you can rotate through the week.
Meals that:
When your meals are simple, your consistency goes way up.
Some weeks feel great.
Some weeks feel off.
That’s normal.
But when you have a rhythm:
That’s the difference.
This is exactly what I’ve been focusing on lately after I moved earlier this year... keeping things simple and building a rhythm that actually works.
