Hi, I’m Nicole! When you sign up for the July "Muscle" Challenge, I’ll be YOUR trainer for the next month to help you feel lighter, leaner, more energized and overall...AMAZING!

My husband, Sam Gauthier, and I have be working together to grow our business with Symmetry Financial Group and we know how challenging it can be to balance it all -- starting & growing a business while also maintaining a consistent, healthy diet and one's own personal fitness. It's an "uphill" challenge for sure!   

That is why I've created these "Done-for-You" Plans that can be easily implemented and followed. I've invested numerous hours into putting it all together so that you don’t have to. And, best of all, SFG has subsidized all or most of the cost for you, depending on which journey you choose. 

Starting back in 1997, well before Sam & I found Symmetry, I was a personal trainer and have been now for over 20 years. Getting my start as an "In-Home" personal trainer in Brentwood, TN and then later transitioned into becoming an "On-Air" Fitness Expert with ICON Fitness on The Home Shopping Network. From 2009 to 2018, my Fitness Boot Camp company helped thousands of members in the Mid-TN area get fit and stay fit with my classes and Online Nutrition Program. Now, I exclusively work with all my clients online.
