I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly 30 years, and now, living this season myself, I understand firsthand what it actually takes to stay fit, energized, and consistent in midlife.

Between becoming an empty nester and navigating my own fitness in this phase, I’ve learned this:

From there, I’ll create a personalized plan built specifically for you.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for nearly 30 years, helping women build strength, confidence, and a body they feel good living in.

I started my career in 1996 as an in-home trainer in Brentwood, TN, and later became a live on-air fitness expert on the Home Shopping Network. 

In 2009, I launched a fitness boot camp company and spent the next decade helping thousands of women get in shape through my studio locations across the Nashville area.

From 2020 to 2025, I returned to a more personalized approach, working closely with clients both in-home and online, helping them navigate real-life schedules, limitations, and goals.

As life evolved, so did my work. Becoming an empty nester in 2025 and stepping into a new chapter personally gave me a deeper perspective on this stage of life and the women I now serve.

In early 2026, I moved from the suburbs of TN to the country and transitioned fully to virtual coaching.

Today, I work exclusively with women over 40 through personalized online coaching designed to fit real life.
