I've been a personal trainer since 1996. I began my career as an in-home personal trainer in Brentwood.
I later appeared regularly as a fitness expert and on-air guest on home shopping networks, and ran a women's boot camp at my studios and outdoor locations for almost 10 years.
After turning 40 myself a few years ago, I recognized the need for more programs for women who were wanting to get back in shape while, taking into account changes in hormones, all new motivations for getting fit and possibly new aches and pains that can make exercise more difficult.
I now work exclusively with women 40+ online, in-home and through my small group personal training programs.
