Hi! I'm Nicole
I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1996. Over the past five years, I’ve focused on helping women 40+ look, feel, and live their best through strength training, simple nutrition, and lifestyle changes that truly work.
My career began as an in-home personal trainer in Brentwood, TN, eventually leading to regular appearances as a Fitness Expert and On-Air Guest on Home Shopping Networks for over two years.
In 2009, I opened my first Fitness Boot Camp company and spent nearly a decade helping thousands of women across the Middle Tennessee area transform their health and confidence through my studio and outdoors locations.
Today, I work with clients both online and in-person, designing group fitness and customized programs to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health in their 40's, 50's and beyond!
